Request deletion of Messenger tracking data

Cong Ty TNHH Haus Of Trang operates Saint 6 Studios and the Saint6 Messenger Attribution app. You can ask us to delete attribution records associated with your website visit and Messenger enquiry.

How to make a request

1. Email saint6studios@gmail.com with the subject Saint6 Messenger data deletion.
2. Tell us approximately when you visited saint6.studio and messaged the SAINT 6 STUDIOS Facebook Page. If available, include the website reference shown below. You do not need to include your message content.
3. We will acknowledge your request, check what matching records remain and, where needed, ask for limited information to verify that the records belong to you. We will then confirm the outcome by email.

Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details or identity documents. If we cannot reliably match your request, we will explain what limited confirmation is needed. A Facebook display name by itself may not identify our coded tracking records.

What deletion covers

Where we can verify a match, deletion covers the associated coded person and message-event records, linked website references and campaign information in the attribution store. Reports generated from those records will reflect their removal. Restricted backups, if present, are handled under their normal retention cycle; deletion requests must be reapplied if a backup is restored.

Active attribution records are also scheduled for deletion when they become 30 days old. Records may therefore already be gone when you contact us. Deletion of existing records does not automatically prevent a later website visit or message from creating new tracking records.

Messenger conversations and other information

This process concerns the attribution app. It does not delete your Messenger conversation, Facebook account, booking or contact-form records. Tell us if your request also concerns information held by Saint 6 outside this app. Use Facebook or Messenger’s own controls for information held independently by Meta.
